Shipping & Delivery
We only take payment on or after the day we despatch your order. You will normally receive your goods within approximately seven working days from when we receive your order (within the UK).
If you order one or more products, you may receive separate packages which arrive on different days. WE WILL ONLY DELIVER TO THE CARD HOLDER'S ADDRESS. ALL CREDIT CARD TRANSACTIONS ARE SECURITY CHECKED. All shortages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
All prices on this website are quoted in UK Pounds. All prices exclude VAT, postage and packaging.
Returns & Replacements
Lamphouse warranty is based on that provided by the lamp manufacturer and is usually either 30 or 90 days. This applies to any brand showing faults due to defective materials or workmanship. The warranty commences from date of invoice.
Damaged in transit
Breakages of lamp or module must be reported within five working days of receipt to enable us to claim with our carriers. Any claim outside of this period cannot be supported.
Customer Ordered in error
If you have ordered the wrong item or you no longer require the lamp, please log a returns request by letter or email within 14 days of the invoice date. Normally a variable restocking charge is applied against the return credit and dependant on the manufacturers return policy, assuming the package is unopened, in pristine condition and with the original seals intact.
Faulty Product / Warranty claim
If in the unlikely event that your lamp does not work and that there appears to be a fault, please use the standard returns process to get the lamp back to us and to receive a replacement.
Incorrect product supplied
We endeavour to ensure that we supply the correct lamp to you, but in the unlikely event that we have made an error with your order, please log a return request by letter or email within 14 days of the invoice date. The query will be checked by our sales team against your original purchase order. Products must be unopened, in pristine condition and with the original seals intact.

If you wish to cancel or change your order, please call us on 0845 6440100 (during office hours), or email us at sales@lamphouse.co.uk . We advise you to email us immediately, or call us to stand the best chance of catching us before your order is processed. If you email us, please include a daytime telephone number if possible.
If you contact us before your order has been processed, we will be happy to alter or cancel it with no problems. If we have already sent your order, you will need to return it to us as soon as you receive it (please refer to the Returns section above). This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
You can pay for your order using our secure online payment system.
We are pleased to offer a special service for schools and educational establishments who may order online using our ‘Educational Orders’ tab and then receive an invoice.
Prices are being continually updated and in the unlikely event that this alters the quoted price for committed orders, Lamphouse will inform you and allow you to cancel the order or continue with the new price.

Updating Account Information
Please contact customer services with any changes to your details, particularly if you have a change of delivery address, as soon as possible. We will make every attempt to ensure the information is accurate and ask you to do the same.
